Angel, I too, am 5'10. My dietician and surgeon told me my goal weight was 170. I am 45 yrs old. Maybe since you are younger it would be a little bit less, like 155. I would never go to 130 though. You will be TOO small HUGGGGGSSSSS {Neecee}

yayyyy fpr you! i'm right there with ya! my surgery is on march 13th and my hubby was just deployed for a year. so won't it be strange!!! we'll knock their bdu's off.. hehe. blessed be~

Angel, Wishing you a VERY Happy Birthday today. I've been a military wife for 25years. My 22yr old son deployed yesterday, and my husband leaves again in 3weeks. Angel, I'm bashed many times on things which others wouldn't understand. For one, being a Christian woman pastor, but I personally feel this way, if someone doesn't want to or like the question you have posted, then they should ignore it and move on to the next one. There can be some really nasty folks in this world, but don't let anyone rain on your parade. Perhaps they have issues that they are internalizing and don't have sense enough to reach out for help. Ignore foolish people and keep on doing what you are doing!!!

Hi Angel, Some people are so rude! I have received a few nasty emails too and I always send them back an email that simply says...."BUZ OFF". Then I just forget about it. Angel~~I read your post last night on the message board and believe me I felt nothing but admiration and respect for you and your situation. You actually inspired me to quit feeling sorry for myself and say if she can do all this, then I can too. I am sorry you have been going through such a rough time, but it will get better. It sounds to me like you and your husband are made for each other, because he is serving his country proudly and you are taking control of your life and that of your family proudly. Your daughter is so lucky to have you both as parents. Hold your head high! Remember there are those of us out there who care and can offer support. Hang in there! Best wishes.
