I spoke with Kathy today and she sure sounds a lot better today! What a difference a day makes, huh? She's enjoying ice chips and sitting up in bed. They haven't got her up to walk around yet, but they will soon. She's well on her way to recovery.

Kathy had surgery around 9:30 am on Monday October 23. I spoke with her briefly on Tuesday around 9:30. She said she was very tired and they were planning on getting her up and moving today. She said she was sorry to sound so groggy, but she had been clicking the morphine pump for the pain (PAIN?? What pain?? LOL ). I sent over her fax to the Doctor's office and will check on her again tomorrow. Selena
