Hi Sheila, Good luck at the doctor appt. My appt with the surgeon is October 14, but I have now seen the dietician, endocrinologist and psychologist. All were surprisingly positive experiences. Except maybe finding out I have shrunk a whole inch! Just be yourself and be positive about your goals, etc. Cathy
