Susan- Best of luck on your upcoming surgery! You are in great hands with Dr Pohl. He completed my surgery last July and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. My thoughts and prayers are with you for a healthy and speedy recovery! Jeanne -120lbs

I wish you alot of luck with your surgery. It was nice seeing you at the weigh to win meeting. I am glad you brought up having a hard time with the shakes because a lot of people gave great ideas on what to drink. Please make sure you update when your feeling up to it. GOOD LUCK!!!! Shannon :)

Congratulations on your upcoming surgery and your new lifetime journey on the losing side. Right now you are probably on a rollercoaster emotionally - excited, nervous, scared.... This is normal - don't let it freak you out. Take the time over the next few days and 'center' yourself mentally - focus your mind on other things and keep yourself physically busy too. You will find that your big day will be here in no time and you will be calm and ready for it. We will be here ready to welcome you over to the losing side and support you in your journey.
