I think you are on track. all I can say is try to refocus. and cut out the foods you deep down know that it's a no no. Pastas, rice, sweets, snacking, etc focus on high protein meats. and if you can't drink water that well, what I do is I take 4, 16oz bottles and I take a spoonful of peanut butter and eat it. Believe me that will surly make you want to drink. plus it's good protein. LOL and also walking in the early morning is much cooler, that's if you can walk that early.
