~*~I SAID A PRAYER FOR YOU TODAY~*~ I said a prayer for you today And know God must have heard- I felt the answer in my heart Although He spoke no word I didn't ask for wealth or fame, I knew you wouldn't mind, I asked Him to send treasures Of a far more lasting kind, I asked that He'd be near you At the start of each new day, To grant you health and blessings And friends to share your way. I asked for happiness for you In all things great and small, But it was for His loving care I prayed the most of all.

Holly, you are not pathetic! You are a human being that sounds very lonely right now. I've been there!!!! I was married to someone that NEVER noticed me. We grew up together and when we got married, we changed and did not continue to grow with one another - we grew apart. I needed different things and he couldn't give me those things. I was extremely lonely. I did the very same thing you did. Do not feel ashamed or bad! It sounds like you need to have an honest talk with your husband. My talk didn't go well and I ended up leaving and getting divorced. But that was the best decision in my life. I am now married to a wonderful man and have two beautiful children. And I, too, was MO when I got pregnant. My first pregnancy was fine, but my second one was awful. I developed pre-eclampsia and was on bedres for five months. So I understand how awful and tired you feel right now, but as soon as you have that baby, you'll feel so much better. I promise!!! Keep the faith and keep going to church! It sounds very important to you and don't give up what is important to you. You'll be in my thoughts and prayers and if you ever need to talk, I'm only an email away!!!!

Holly - Your post about the online relationship really touched me. You are not pathetic, it sounds like your husband is! He needs to give you what you need - that's what a marriage is supposed to be about. Don't accept less than that for yourself, or you won't be happy and fulfilled in life. Best wishes to you.

Holly: I'm pretty new to the sight also. Go to the library and you can find a lot of info there. You can also find a doctor in your state on this site too. This site is really cool and offers a lot of info. Best of luck.

Holly, I am rarely hungry anymore, and the only times I even *think* about food are when I am hungry (a few times per day). My life has finally stopped revolving around food; it's incredible! This surgery is a blessing! :)

Holly, I can only speak for myself, but I am never hungry like the way I was before surgery. Before, I could have just finished eating a huge meal, and would still be looking for something else. Now I get hungry at mealtimes, but after only a little bit, I am completely satisfied and am not looking for anything else until it's just about time for another meal or a snack. That's the miracle of this surgery for me. I never feel as if I'm dieting, like I am depriving myself of anything, I eat what I want, but I'm SATISFIED very quickly and that never-ending hunger that used to be a part of my life is gone. Good luck to you.

I am six weeks out and have lost 80 pounds. At first you are hungry but it usually passes in about a week. You almost have to force it down. You never feel like eating, you only eat becuase you have to. Dinner is always the toughest to eat. Anyways, I hope you make a good decision on the surgery. It has been the best decision I have ever made. God Bles.
