Hello....I just read your posting and I am so very sorry you are going through such a hard time!! As adults we want to believe that life will get better and that our friends will not act like teenagers. I myself had the surgery 1 week ago and it has already changed my life...but I sit back and look at my daughter who is over weight and the struggle she goes through at school is much the same as what your talking about!! It is so sad that most adults who have it all are so selfish and look at what is in it for them and not what is best for you!! I didnt tell to many people because of that reason, but some have found out and let me say I to have lost some friends and family memebers at that!! But you need to always remember that you have a family right here and that there is nowhere else you find better support than from all of us!! My husband has been my rock as well as my kids!! But I do have to say that this family is very supportive and whenever you need anything someone is always there with advice and loving word!! So dont let size 4&6 get to you to bad, I know it hurts but just think they will be the one to miss out on the wonderful you on the other side....:) (((((((((HUGS)))))))))) Wendy

Hi Susan. I just wanted to offer my support. Good church folks are flesh and blood too. I know how much it hurts. This is about them and their relationship with God. It is not about you. YOU ARE STILL YOU. Remember that. You sound like a true servant of the Lord. Enjoy your journey with this surgery and remember that there are mean and ugly people everywhere. it is funny though that the overweight people are rarely the ugly people when you are looking into their hearts. :) They know humility. Take care.
