I just read your post, asking about being cold all the time. I experienced that also. I was always cold, my kids noticed it before I did. I use to use a fan all the time cause I stayed hot. but now I don't Hmmmm anyhow congratulations on such great wt loss, you are using your TOOl real well. hang in there and keep up the good job.~*~Hugs~*~
