I just spoke to Julie, who amazingly answered the phone in her room. I totally expected to speak to her mom, or John. Julie sounds great, groggy, but great. Her surgery was without any complications, lasted 3 1/2 hours. She said she is feeling fine...and of course added that Morphine is awesome!!! Ill check in with her again tomorrow...and post the results

Hi Jules, this is your "almost same day" buddy, Karen. You are down to the hours girl. I want you to know that I am praying for a complication-free surgery and a very speedy recovery. I can't wait to see an email from you letting me know how you are doing. By then, we will both be on the other side. Blessings, Karen

Julie, best wishes for your upcoming surgery. I had mine six months ago, and I have never had a single regret. Fortunately, the nervousness is over with when you wake up in the recovery room to your new life.

Julie- We are in the same hospital, same day! Maybe we will cross paths. My surgery is with Dr. Inabnet of the same Mt. Sinia group. I feel very good about this office. I know we will both do fine and we will soon have new, thinner selves to show for it. Good luck! E-mail me if you get a chance. [email protected] I don't know what time my srgery is on Tues. They said they will call and let me know Mon.. 3 more days!!! Rebeckah
