Dear Michelle: I had vbg and am just about at my one year anniversary on Jan. 31. I have lost approx. 100 pounds and feel so much better. I would do it again in a heart beat. If at all I can help you or you want to talk, let me know. I know there does not seem to be alot of people with vbg here. I have NO regrets. hope to hear from you shannon
