Ami; Bless You and thank you so much for your kind words concerning my surgery on Feb. 11th. I am very late in answering my emails and such and I hope you will forgive me. I am doing just fine and had lost another 20 #'s when I saw my doctor last week for my check-up. I feel wonderful and learning the new way we must eat from now on. I pray that all is well with you and would love to hear from you from time to time. Thanks again. Hugs; Betty

Congratulations Ami! I have been thinking of you this week as we both went through our surgery. I am glad to hear you are recovering so well! Take it easy over the next couple of weeks and keep us posted! My thoughts and prayers are with you!

Just to let everyone know that Ami is finally home and feeling well. Except for feeling like she is going to give birth to a water balloon. Have to love all them fluids they pump into you at the hospital. She and her hubby were personally escorted home by her angel (MOI) :-) She was very happy to read everyone's well wishes and I am sure that she will be on shortly to post herself. GOOD JOB AMI !! :-)

Hi Ami, Just wanted to stop in and say hello today. I have been reading the message boards of any new updates concerning yo uand have heard nothing since yesterday.. I pray that you are doing great and on the road to a speedy recovery!! Take care & hope when you read this, that you are home and doing GREAT!!

Ami, WOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! You made it through to the other side. I absolutely understand about the shower. When my doc told me, after my gall bladder surgery, that I could have a shower, it just made my day. Glad to hear you're doing well. I am SO psyched for you. WAY TO GO!

<p align="center"><img border="0" src="http://home.earthlink.net/~kstockton/_uimages/angel.gif"> Hey there everyone…….(((((***8***)))))…….Ami’s Angel Flying In……Just to let everyone know that I just left Ami and she is looking very well and just as feisty as ever. LOL :-) She couldn’t wait to be able to take a shower…..I know how she feels. I felt so much better after my first shower. She is running alittle fever so they have her taking antibiotics just to be sure to combat any infections that might be stirring up. I wasn’t able to print off her surgery page to bring to her (technical difficulties – stupid printer) but I will be swinging over after work and will be sure to print it somehow for her. So here’s your chance…..anyone who hasn’t been able to yet…..please post your words of encouragement and well wishes to Ami for a speedy recovery. I know she appreciated every word from everyone. Till next time……
