Hi Mary, I'd say don't be nervous but what's the point? I was nervous too! I always say the week before surgery was worse than the week after (for me anyway). Stay positive and keep ONLY positive people around you. Truly. I'm down 100 lbs after 7 months; it's was a great decision for me and I'm sure it will be great for you too. The results of this surgery are nothing short of amazing (I'm still in shock). I hope all your weight-loss and good health dreams come true..... Best Wishes,
