Kat, best of luck to you on your surgery tomorrow! You must be so excited. Please take a moment and close your eyes to visualize yourself as you would like to be. Your personal weightloss goal is just that. Personal. No chart or person can determine what's best for you. So as time goes by, and the weight melts off, remember: eat your protein, drink your water (but not at meal time!) and take your vitamins! Exercise and enjoy yourself. Kat, congratulations on your upcoming surgery. May peace and love surround you on your journey and carry you along safely. Remember to drink your water, take your vitamins, walk daily and most importantly, be gentle with yourself along the way. Lastly, don't forget to stop by occasionally and update your profile.
