Angel flyin' in... I just want to say CONGRATULATIONS to my Angelette Keiba. She has lost 30 pounds since her surgery on March 4th. You go GURL... I'm proud of ya.

Friend Keiba... It's your Angel Mimi. I'm still away at my conference, but I'm going through AMOS family withdrawl. I came to the public library so I could get on the internet to check up on ya. I'm sorry to hear that you are still on a plateau, but girl... you are still doing great. Size 22! CONGRATULATIONS! I used to say the same thing you said about size 24's about size 20's. And... just like you... I blew that one. I go back and forth between 22 - 24 now. But not for too much longer. You'll be in that size 7 quicker than you think and I'll be right behind ya. Well, I hope you are doing good with everything else, I'll be back home on Sunday afternoon so I'll check in again then. I just wanted to say hi and let you know I was thinking about you.

Congratulations on your surgery! The next year is going to be the most amazing of your life. I just want to let you know that here in the beginning is the toughest part. You will feel better than normal soon! These first few weeks and the surgery will only be a memory and you will be on to your new life. I am 10 months post op and I have lost 130 pounds. I went from a size 24 to a 4 in a little over 6 months. Miracles do and will happen for you. I have tried to keep a profile that can be used as a resource.
