PATRICIA - WAY TO GO, GIRL !! YOUR WEIGHT LOSS IS GREAT; BE PROUD OF YOURSELF ! I have the restless legs problem too as well as osteoarthritis in my knees and hips, so there are times when I think I just cannot stand it any longer. Sometimes soaking in a hot bath just before bed helps muscles relax enough for you to get into the deep sleep pattern before the restlessness starts. Sometimes taking an aspirin (ibuprophen) eases the pain. Be sure to mention this problem to your doctor; he/she may know of something that will give you some relief.
