October 22nd. Dear Melissa: Greetings. I'm sorry to hear about the troubles with your hospital; I want you to know that the hospital where I had my surgery at did the same thing; please call your insurance co. and tell them what's happening, they will help you, please request with the hospital that you set-up a payment plan with them to pay off the $1500.00 with a year or year and half. I don't think they will deny you this----since the insurance co. is paying off the bigger portion of the bill, they're going to look at receiving that amount of money at once over receiving your small amount due over a year's period. Melissa, Congrats to you on your surgery. Your life will make many positive changes in the upcoming weeks. Rest, relax and spend time with loved ones. Take all the support that they provide and know that you are doing the right thing by having surgery. Sometimes we do not love ourselves enough to make a leap into the futrue.
