TICA~ Girl I feel for you! I am still pre-op but the hair loss is one of my biggest concerns. I read another profile of a lady on this website who said she lost a LOT of hair after surgery! BUT, she said within the next year it all grew back! So hopefully it will STOP! I will be praying for you. One little hint, I collect hairpieces and wigs. You can get them cheap at a wig shop. I get compliments all the time, they don't even know its not my own! :-) I get curly ponytail attachments and I change my look daily. Just a thought... <p>Bless YOU!

Tica, I just pray for God to wrap His loving arms around you right now...and to guide your GP, your Gastroenterologist, and your surgeon. {{{Big Hugs}}}

After reading your profile, I am simply amazed that you even have a sense of humor left!! You have been thru the ringer. I, too, am above 400 lbs, not knowing what I weigh because PCP does not have scale that can weigh me. I just got started on the WLS journey. I don't even know what to say to you. Think positive? lol. I think that is nuts. You have a right to be angry. You have a right to scream your lungs out. NO ONE should have to go thru what you have. Then I read about Wanda Smart. Tica, do what you HAVE to, to get better. If it's surgery again, THIS time it will be the correct part of the intestine that gets connected. *sigh* I wish I could make you feel better, but I know about those damn black clouds that seem to hover forever over us. Some day it will MOVE on......persevere!!! And keep that sense of humor.....it IS the thing that is keeping you going!!! Peace...............SASRN :)
