Doris, Hang in there. It DOES get better both food wise and mobility. I didn't even think about walking until 3 weeks out and my staples were gone (course I had open rny). Now if I could just teach myself to eat SLOWLY I'd be happier. I feel great and down 55lbs (from my last visit last Tues.). Feel better soon. Keep walking and stuff. You are doing GREAT!!! God bless!
