Hi Linda, This is Margaret from Helena. I'm so glad that you're up and about and doing good. I totally agree on the support and knowledge we get on this site. You can find someone from every stage of the journey and all their stories are interesting and informative. I'm 1 week post op today and am going to the Support Group at UAB tonight with a friend and my sister. I hope you have found a local support group you like. If not give mine a try, 'New Beginnings' at UAB's West Pavillion, last Monday of each month. They're great and usually have a speaker. Best of luck on a continued recovery!!! Margaret
