Hello Jennifer, I know that you are afraid to have surgery.I am scared too. I have Kaiser in S Calif. ButI think if you don't do something about your extra weight soon you will probaly gain more. Go to seminar and meet people who are post op. The fear of dying because of my weight is even more frightening than having complications from surgery. I want a chance to live like a normal sized person. How tired are you living you life as an obese person? Please go meet post ops it will make you feel better. take care and good luck
