Dear Vickie, Congrats!! I am so jealous. My surgery was cancelled by Wake Medical Center. It was supposed to have surgery a week after you. I am very happy for you, and I hope all your dreams come true. I will of course need to adjust mine which might not have been so difficult if I had not actually seen light at the end of the tunnel. Hope your surgery went well and that you are feeling better. From what I hear, it's rough going in the beginning so hang in there and take one day at a time!

Vickie - Best wishes for an uneventful surgery and a speedy recovery. May God hold you and your surgery team in his precious hands. I too, am a patient of Dr. Brader's - have been working with his office since February! You are lucky you have UHC-POS, because any other UHC policy isn't going to approve you. I had UHC-HMO and was denied three times. I'm now switching to BCBS 12/1 and we're hoping for a quick approval. Please keep in touch with me after your surgery. Good Luck!!
