Hi Lisa - Boy, you sure have had a rough time!! Im so sorry things havent gone as you hoped. Hope you are doing better now and would love an update of the past few weeks!

Lisa and Brent, Congratulations on your new life together! Be patient, get your 50 grams of protein in and take it really easy for the first month. Eat those liquids and pureed foods and you will heal so much faster. I had my surgery in Richmond at MCV by Dr. Harvey Sugerman on December 13, 1999, and I have lost 35 pounds in 7 weeks. I feel good and would not reverse anything!!!! My best to you and Brent during your recovery! You will be so glad you made this decision!!! My best to you! Jane Best Lynchburg, Virginia
