SORRY IT TOOK ME SO LONG TO POST BUT I SAW PATRICE ON SATURDAY AND SHE LOOKS WONDERFUL!!!! SHE'S DOING WELL AND CAN EVEN DRINK THE DAMN MILKSHAKE, NOW THAT'S A MIRACLE (SPEAKING FROM EXPERIENCE). SHE IS EXPERIENCING SOME PAIN BUT SEEMS TO TOLERATE IT WELL. I VISITED WITH HER FOR AN HOUR AT THE HOSPITAL AND SHE JUST SEEMED FINE AND DANDY EXCEPT FOR THE FACT THAT SHE WAS CONFINED TO THE BED. THINGS ARE LOOKING GOOD FOR THE NEW GIRL ON THE LOSING SIDE!!!! LOVE YA, PATRICE!!!!

My prayers will be with you as you go through the surgery and recovery. May your strength be restored; your recovery be swift and your tender heart be renewed.

Best Wishes for a successful surgery and smooth recovery! Weigh to go! I just read another post from someone who just had surgery and the thing that hurts the most is their BACK. And it is PAINFUL, not just uncomfortable. THE LAST THING YOU NEED TO TELL YOUR SURGEON, BEFORE THEY PUT YOU UNDER, IS TO PUT SOMETHING UNDER YOUR KNEES TO TAKE THE PRESSURE OFF YOUR BACK!!! Time and time again folks are coming out of the O.R. and their back is killing them. It’s because you are lying flat on your back for hours on a hard surface. How long can you do that now? If the surgeon will just put a rolled up blanket under your knees this problem will be eliminated! Got It?... Good…. Problem solved. (Or at least talk it over with him/her).

I SAID A PRAYER FOR YOU TODAY~*~ I said a prayer for you today And know God must have heard- I felt the answer in my heart Although He spoke no word I didn't ask for wealth or fame, I knew you wouldn't mind, I asked Him to send treasures Of a far more lasting kind, I asked that He'd be near you At the start of each new day, To grant you health and blessings And friends to share your way. I asked for happiness for you In all things great and small, But it was for His loving care I prayed the most of all.
