Hi Lisa, I was just wondering how you are doing. We had surgery within a week or so of eachother, and I remember calling you my weight loss twin because we both are Lisa Brown. How's it going for you? You haven't posted much on your profile, so I can't satisfy my curiosity! Hope you are well and happy and that you are glad you had the surgery. I would not have changed a thing, I am very satisfied with the results.

Angel coming in for a landing! Spoke to Lisa earlier this afternoon. She is now home!!!! Lisa has actually been home sine July the 4th, I just hadn't had a moment to catch up with her. She had a little set back and had to go back to the hospital yesterday. They say she was dehidrated. Lisa is having a little trouble getting all of her water down. Other than that she sounds just like the Lisa I spoke to before surgery. Lisa you go Girl! I am sooooo proud of you and your speedy recovery. Keep up the great attitude and work. Love ya girl and soon we will both be loosers!:) P.S. By the way, Lisa only had to stay in the hospital overnight so she is home again now. Please lets continue to fill up her surgery page will lots of wonderful words of encouragement.

Happy 4th of July all! Spoke with Lisa earlier this evening and also visited her again last night. Lisa is doing well. Thought she might be able to go home today, however she ran a fever last night and had to stay another day. Lisa is still keeping liquids down and is in great spirits. Way to go Lisa! We will have to get together when your out of the hospital and on your feet again. Keep on truckin and we love ya.

Angel reporting in! Just left the hospital an hour ago. Lisa is doing great! She was able to have the Lap RNY and was so happy when she found out. I arrived at the hospital before her first walk. Lisa tryed to bargin with the nurse for some ice chips. It was rather comical. The nurse told her if she did 2 laps (walking) she could lie back down and have another cup of ice chips. Lisa replied with, "What can I get for one lap?"lol:) I have to admitt, I'm really diggin this angel thing. I felt really honored to be able to be with Lisa right after her surgery. It gave me alot of insight to what all of you post ops have gone through and what all of us pre ops are about to jouney into. I will visit Lisa tomorrow. She probably won't even remember that I was there tonight. Also, I remember that Lisa was feeling a burning/pain sensation. The nurse asked when was the last time she hit her pain med button? Lisa replied, "I don't know. What button?"lol:) She was up and raring to go and tried to out walk both the nurse and myself. Lisa is a trooper. Let's all send her our warmest blessings and congrats on her new birthday!
