Hey Connie, We had our surgeries the same day....Just popping into see how you were doing?! I am great just backpain. I have lost 22.5lbs as of yesterday. I didn't weigh today. I have been trying all sorts of soft,solid food just chewed up VERY VERY GOOD...My doc released me to try new things the key was just to chew up very very good!! I am so excited b/c when I have a craving for a certain food I can eat it! Just a bite or two and chewed up very very good! Take care...

Connie Know that you are in the best hands for this surgery. I know you hurt now but it will get better.Keep smiling and look for the positive side of things. This is a big change and it took alot of courage to get this far. God Bless You!
