Hello All - Melanie called me this morning to give me a personal update on her surgery. She said she is feeling fine. The stiches give her a bit of grief when she gets up to get around and she has a bit of trouble with the bathroom needs... if you get my drift... I did suggest that she get herself the tongs though. She did say it doesn't hurt nearly as bad as she thought it would. She's cheerful and comfortable. Thanks again for all the well wishes... I'll be bringing her the card tonight. Jen

Hello all... This chubby angel just wanted to swoop in and let you all know that Melanie got through her surgery alright and is in recovery. Seems they wanted her gall bladder while they were at it, so she'll be light a few ounces when she wakes up... I'll post when I have more information, but thank you all for the kind well wishes and thoughts, I know it made her feel really good to know that she had friends out there caring about her. Jenny
