I am a happily married mother of 3 and grandmother of seven.

I've been battling my own body for 50 years in effort to off load this excess weight. It seems my biology is disenclined to acquiece to the desires of my mind, and so, I am here, trying to meet the requirements for surgery...so that my biology, my genes, don't win this battle. 

On the other side of this coin, I am also a Pirate, I make jewelry, I sew, I am only the math requirements away from an Associates Degree in Psychology. 

Journey's. Life is full of them. 

And this? This is but one leg of my current journey. Travel on!
